Run the numbers first

How much do you really keep with your current agency?

Work it out like this: what your fans pay, minus 20% for OnlyFans, minus your agency's share, minus everything you pay yourself, such as chatters, tools or ads. In the worked example, only $2,800 of $10,000 in revenue is left before tax. You can run your own numbers right here.

What is left of your revenueExample values: 50% of net, $1,200 a month for chatters
  1. Fans pay$10,000
  2. OnlyFans, 20%−$2,000
  3. Agency share−$4,000
  4. Chatters, tools, ads you pay yourself−$1,200
  5. you keep before tax$2,800

The switch

What does maevia take over when you switch agencies?

While your old contract is still running, we get to know each other and run the numbers. We work on your account no earlier than the day your contract ends, once your logins are back with you. You write your notice yourself, together with a lawyer if you have questions.

While your contract is running

  1. 01

    Intro call

We get to know you: your account, your goals, your limits. And we find out whether we're a good fit.

  2. 02

    Run the numbers

We go through your current deal with you line by line: revenue, share, costs on top, what you keep.

  3. 03

    Your notes

You write down what you yourself know about your voice, your limits, your regular fans and your plans. It is only passed on after your contract ends.

  4. 04

    Your notice

You write and send it yourself, with proof of delivery. Whether and when you can give notice is for a lawyer to clarify, not us.

Your contract ends

From the day your contract ends

  1. 05

    Logins in your hands

You take back your email, password and two-step verification and keep them. Every person on the team gets their own login.

  2. 06

    Handover with a plan

Before the team writes the first message, you go through your notes with it, including open customs and promises to fans.

  3. 07

    Trial month

A no-obligation trial month with a weekly report. You read along with every message.

What belongs in a handover?

  • Your voicehow you write, typical words, emojis
  • Your limitswhat you do and what you never do
  • Regular fanswhat you yourself know about your most loyal fans
  • Open customsordered content and promises
  • Pricessubscription, PPV, bundles, running offers
  • Contentwhat's ready and what was planned
  • Posting planwhat goes out when, on which channel

Don't change everything at once in the first weeks. Prices and the posting plan stay the way your fans know them at first. Only then can you see what the new team really changes.

Who does what?

Your lawyer clarifies

  • whether and when you can give notice
  • whether a contract penalty applies
  • whether commission is still due after the contract ends
  • who holds which rights to your content

You do

  • save your contract, statements and messages
  • write the notice and send it with proof of delivery
  • write your notes for the handover

We do with you

  • run the numbers on your current deal
  • plan the start from your contract end
  • set up a login for each person
  • chatting, content, reach, leak protection, weekly report

Your contract

Does your contract feel like a trap?

Whether a contract holds up legally, only a lawyer can tell you. But the feeling of being stuck usually has reasons you can read for yourself. These seven places in your contract are worth knowing before you talk to a new agency.

Reading list for your contract Warning signs while reading, not a legal assessment
PlaceWhat should catch your eye
1Term24 or 36 months fixed, plus an automatic renewal for the same length
2Noticea notice period of several months before the term ends, or notice only by letter to an address abroad
3Contract penaltya penalty or buyout fee if you leave early or switch
4Commissiona share of gross, an unclear base, or commission with no end even after the contract ends
5Costs on topchatters, tools or ads billed extra, with no list and no cap
6Loginsthe agency holds your email, password, two-step verification or payout account
7Content rightsrights to your photos and videos with no limit in time or place

Compiled from the BBC investigation of 15 Jun 2026 and the warning signs in our guide OnlyFans agency red flags. We know of no study measuring how common individual clauses are in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In depth

Do you have to pay for chatters and tools yourself?

No law and no OnlyFans rule says you do. It depends entirely on your contract. Some agencies bill chatters, tools or ads on top of their commission. At maevia, chatters and tools are included in the commission, and there is no separate invoice for them.

Costs on top are tricky because you pay them even when your revenue drops. The agency earns a smaller cut, but your bill for the chatters stays the same. If you run the example above with $15 instead of $5 per chatter hour, $1,200 a month becomes $3,600, and you keep $400 of $10,000 in revenue. So check your statements: is there only a share, or do invoices for chatters, software or ads come on top? Who chats with your fans at maevia is explained on the page about our chatting service.

Is a two-year contract term normal?

There is no evidence that it is. We know of no study measuring how common such long terms are in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. They do happen, often together with a long notice period or an automatic renewal.

Whether your contract term holds is something only a lawyer can tell you, not us and not another agency. At maevia you start with a no-obligation trial month. We go through what applies after that transparently in the intro call. How to spot a trustworthy agency before you sign is covered in How to spot a legitimate OnlyFans agency.

Can maevia get you out of your contract?

No, and a trustworthy agency won't promise you that either. Whether and when you can leave a contract is a legal question about your specific case. In Germany, only someone authorised to give legal advice may assess it, usually a lawyer. We are not a law firm, we don't review your contract legally and we don't write your notice for you.

What we do: we run the numbers with you, plan the handover and start no earlier than the day your old contract ends. Which ways to end a contract exist in German law in general, from the notice period in the contract to termination without notice for good cause, is explained in our guide Switching your OnlyFans agency (in German). It also has a general sample notice that you adapt to your contract together with your lawyer.

How does the trial month work after the switch?

The first month after your start at maevia is a no-obligation trial month with no upfront costs. During that month you experience the team, the chats in your voice and the weekly report in real operation. You read along with every message and every week you see the same numbers that are in your account.

Compare the trial month honestly with the months before. A dip in the first weeks is possible, and nobody can guarantee otherwise. Which numbers belong in a good report is covered in Your agency's monthly report, and how the management continues after that on the page about OnlyFans management. Applying takes two minutes, and we get back to you personally within 24 hours, even if your old contract is still running.

Questions

Any questions?

All answers as a list
My contract with another agency is still running. Can I still talk to maevia?

Yes. An intro call is possible even while your old contract is still running. We only start working on your account once your old contract has ended.

Do I pay extra for chatters or tools at maevia?

No. At maevia, chatters and tools are included in the commission. There are no fixed costs, no upfront costs and no separate invoice for chatters or tools.

Does maevia check my old agency contract?

No. We are not a law firm and we don't review contracts legally. Whether and when you can leave your contract is something to clarify with a lawyer. We work out with you what you keep under your current deal and plan the start from the day your contract ends.

Will my fans notice the agency switch?

Our goal is that they notice no break. That is why you go through open customs and promises to fans with us before we take over, and our team writes in your voice. Nobody can guarantee that, which is why you read along with every message at the start.

What does maevia cost?

At maevia you pay no fixed fees and no upfront costs. We only earn when you earn: through a commission on your revenue that we agree with you transparently in the intro call.

Can I try maevia first?

Yes. At maevia the first month is a no-obligation trial month with no upfront costs. During that month you see the team, the chats in your voice and the weekly report for real.
