Almost every statistics page about OnlyFans quotes figures without saying where they come from, and many mix values from different years. So we went to the source: the company behind OnlyFans files audited accounts with the UK company register every year. We read all six sets of accounts for the 2020 to 2025 financial years and transferred the key figures into one table. We update this page every September.

Method in brief

  • Source: the annual accounts ("Annual Report and Financial Statements") of Fenix International Ltd, Companies House no. 10354575, for the 2020 to 2025 financial years [1–6]. We read the PDFs ourselves and took no figures from the press or statistics portals.
  • Financial year: ends on November 30 each year. "FY 2025" therefore means December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025.
  • Currency: US dollars, as in the accounts. Fenix originally prepared its 2020 accounts in British pounds and restated them in dollars the following year. We use these restated dollar figures 12.
  • Our own calculations: growth rates, shares and per-account values are calculated by us from the reported figures. They are labeled "our calculation".
  • Rounding: amounts in millions of dollars, rounded to one decimal place; percentages to whole numbers.
  • As of: October 20, 2026; latest accounts included: FY 2025, filed on September 20, 2026.

How much revenue does OnlyFans make?

In the 2025 financial year (to November 30, 2025), OnlyFans' revenue was $1,553.3 million, the share the platform keeps. In total, fans paid about $7.8 billion, and $6.2 billion went to creators 6. Revenue in the accounts is essentially OnlyFans' 20% platform fee, not everything fans spend.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the annual accounts of the company that runs OnlyFans. OnlyFans is owned by Fenix International Ltd, based in London. It files its accounts with Companies House, the company register of the United Kingdom, where anyone can download them for free as a PDF. The accounts are audited by an accounting firm.

They contain two kinds of figures: financial figures such as revenue and profit, and a few "non-financial key performance indicators", above all the number of creator and fan accounts. Fenix publishes nothing more. Because the company is not listed on a stock exchange, there are no quarterly reports and no investor presentations.

How have revenue, profit and accounts developed?

In short: steeply until 2023, much more slowly since. Here are the key figures from six sets of accounts:

Financial year Fan payments ($m) OnlyFans revenue ($m) Profit before tax ($m) Paid to creators ($m) Creator accounts Fan accounts Dividend ($m)
2020 2,228.0 358.4 60.6 approx. 1,870 (our calculation) 1,618,000 82,308,000 26.7
2021 4,796.2 931.7 432.9 approx. 3,864 (our calculation) 2,161,000 187,973,000 284.1
2022 5,550.1 1,089.8 525.0 approx. 4,460 (our calculation) 3,182,000 238,845,000 338.0
2023 6,629.9 1,306.7 657.9 approx. 5,323 (our calculation) 4,118,000 305,066,000 472.0
2024 7,215.7 1,413.1 683.6 5,700 4,634,000 377,456,000 497.0
2025 7,843.1 1,553.3 714.9 6,200 5,063,000 437,133,000 535.0

How to read the columns:

Why other sources show different numbers

If you see different figures for the 2025 financial year elsewhere, they are usually a different line from the same accounts:

  • Profit of about $521 million: this is profit after tax, $521.4 million (2024: $520.3 million). The table shows profit before tax, $714.9 million. The difference is $193.4 million in tax 6.
  • Dividends of about $700 million: this adds the $535.0 million for the financial year and the $174 million added after the balance sheet date. The table shows only the $535.0 million 6.
  • $7.8 billion in "revenue": this is fan payments. OnlyFans' revenue, the share the platform keeps, was $1,553.3 million 6.
  • Active creators and active fans: figures on these appear in none of the six sets of accounts. The accounts count accounts, including inactive ones: 5,063,000 creator and 437,133,000 fan accounts 6. We cannot check figures on active users.
  • Euro or pound values depend on the exchange rate and the date of conversion. The table and the CSV stay in US dollars.

In the CSV every value is a plain number with no thousands separators. A separate column says whether a payout comes from the accounts or from our own calculation.

How fast has OnlyFans grown?

Very fast until 2021, and at a slowing pace since. We calculated these growth rates ourselves from the table:

Change on previous year (our calculation) 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025
Fan payments +115% +16% +19% +9% +9%
OnlyFans revenue +160% +17% +20% +8% +10%
Profit before tax +615% +21% +25% +4% +5%
Creator accounts +34% +47% +29% +13% +9%
Fan accounts +128% +27% +28% +24% +16%
Dividend +964% +19% +40% +5% +8%

Over the five years of growth from 2020 to 2025, that adds up to (our calculation):

Leave out the exceptional jump of 2021 and calculate from 2021 to 2025, and fan payments, revenue and profit each grew by about 13% a year (our calculation). Creator accounts grew by about 24% a year over the same period, almost twice as fast.

For context on the jump: the 2020 accounts already reported fan payments up 615% on 2019, at that point still calculated in pounds 1. That falls in the period of the COVID-19 lockdowns. The accounts do not explicitly say the pandemic was the cause, but they give it its own section under risks 1.

Is OnlyFans declining in 2026?

No, not according to the accounts: fan payments, revenue and profit all rose again in the 2025 financial year, fan payments by about 9% (our calculation from 6). What has ended is the explosive phase. Growth has normalized from more than doubling in 2021 to single digits, and creator accounts are growing faster than the money that flows to them. The accounts cover the year to November 2025; figures for 2026 will only be filed in 2027.

What do the numbers mean for an individual creator?

Less than the big totals suggest. Divide the payouts by the number of creator accounts and you get these per-account values per year (our calculation):

Financial year Payout per creator account per year per month
2021 approx. $1,790 approx. $150
2022 approx. $1,400 approx. $115
2023 approx. $1,290 approx. $110
2024 approx. $1,230 approx. $100
2025 approx. $1,225 approx. $100

For 2021 to 2023 we use the upper limit from the first table, for 2024 and 2025 the official payouts. If you calculate every year with the same method (fan payments minus revenue), 2024 and 2025 come out at about $1,250 and $1,240. The trend stays the same.

What you can read from this: the number of accounts has been growing faster than the money paid to creators for years. On paper, the pie is being shared among more plates. What you cannot read from it: what a typical creator earns. The denominator includes accounts where nothing has happened for years, and the money is extremely unevenly distributed. We explain in detail why the average misleads here in How much do OnlyFans creators make?.

The same goes for fans: per registered fan account, about $27 a year flowed in 2020, and about $18 in 2025 (our calculation). Here too, most accounts probably pay nothing at all, and a few pay a lot.

How many OnlyFans creators have earned over $1 million?

According to OnlyFans itself, 5,076 creators had earned at least $1 million on the platform since its launch in 2016, as announced in August 2026 9. In the same announcement OnlyFans put total creator payouts over its first ten years at $30 billion 9. These are company statements reported by the trade press, not figures from the audited accounts, and they span ten years. Measured against 5.06 million creator accounts, that is about 0.1% (our calculation).

How much does OnlyFans itself make?

A lot relative to its size. Since 2021, profit before tax has been 46 to 50% of revenue (our calculation); in 2020 it was still 17%. According to its own accounts, the company has no debt and no external financing 5.

A large part of the profit goes to the owner. From 2020 to 2025, Fenix declared about $2.15 billion in dividends in total (our calculation from the table). In 2025 the dividend was equal to about 75% of profit before tax and about 103% of profit after tax (our calculation). Yet the group employed an average of only 47 staff per month in 2025 6. Many tasks, for example in moderation, are handled by service providers; how many people work for OnlyFans there is not in the accounts.

On ownership: according to Companies House, Leonid Radvinsky has not been registered as a person with significant control or as a director since March 20, 2026; Yekaterina Chudnovsky is now registered as the person with significant control 7. What is behind this is a topic for a separate article.

Where does the money come from, and where is it growing?

Comparable figures for two years by revenue type and region only exist since the 2025 accounts 6:

What do the OnlyFans numbers not tell you?

Quite a lot, and this is exactly where most of the mistakes online come from:

  1. No active users. The accounts count accounts, not active creators or fans. Frequently quoted figures such as "2.5 million active creators" or "132 million active fans" do not appear in any of the accounts we read.
  2. No median, no distribution. OnlyFans does not publish what a typical creator earns or how heavily the money is concentrated at the top. Claims such as "the top 1% earn X" are estimates without a disclosed method.
  3. No country figures. Germany, Austria and Switzerland all sit inside the "UK and Europe" block. Figures online about creators in a specific country are extrapolations from traffic data, not figures from the accounts.
  4. No net income. All payouts are before tax, social security, costs and any agency commission.
  5. No working hours. No set of accounts shows whether a dollar was earned in one hour or in ten.
  6. No figures in euros or pounds. Fenix reports in dollars. If you convert the figures, state the rate and the date, otherwise comparisons across years are skewed.

One example of why primary sources matter: for the 2024 financial year, Euronews reported a dividend of $701 million 8. The accounts show $497 million. Payouts after the balance sheet date were probably counted in. Both can be justified, but you have to say what you are counting.

What does this mean for you as a creator?

How much revenue does OnlyFans make?

In the 2025 financial year (to November 30, 2025), OnlyFans' revenue was $1,553.3 million. That is the share the platform keeps. In total, fans paid about $7.8 billion 6.

How much does OnlyFans pay creators?

In the 2025 financial year it was $6.2 billion, and $5.7 billion the year before 6. On paper that is about $100 per creator account per month, but most accounts receive less and a few far more.

How many creators are on OnlyFans?

At the end of the 2025 financial year there were 5,063,000 creator accounts and 437,133,000 fan accounts 6. All accounts not deleted or deactivated are counted, not only active ones.

Where can I read the accounts myself?

At Companies House under "Fenix International Limited", company number 10354575, in the "Filing history" section. The accounts are listed as "Group of companies' accounts" or "Full accounts" and can be downloaded free of charge as PDFs.

When will the next figures come out?

Fenix has filed its recent accounts between late August and late September. We will update this page as soon as the accounts for the 2026 financial year are available, probably in September 2027.

Our take

The accounts show a platform that moves a huge amount of money, is highly profitable and whose growth has normalized. For the individual creator they mainly say one thing: the total is enormous, the average per account is small and, if anything, shrinking. Honest expectations are therefore the best start.
